Vivir es un permanente hacerse y desgastarse. Las capas de cotidianidad sin pimienta van opacando la magia de pasados de amor y pasión. Y de repente llega el momento en que percibes que ya no queda nada por discutir... que en la sílaba se interrumpió la palabra, en el parpadeo se borró la mirada, en el bostezo se ahogó el beso.

Mutuamente echamos la culpa del desamor al otro, cuando casi siempre estalla porque no sabemos poner inteligentes paréntesis de ilusión a cadenas de días que nos desgastan. Mezclamos el deseo de ser con la necesidad de supervivir... y cuando así actuamos, el maldito óxido de lo cotidiano siempre acaba corroyendo y venciendo. Damos excesivo vuelo y creencia a lo efímero mientras perdemos la visión de construir y proteger lo único que nos quedará cuando todos se hayan ido.

La discusión respetuosa, esa que está dispuesta a escuchar, entender y aceptar por ambas partes, es el encuentro más sabio entre dos cerebros heridos, porque es la única posible vía a un glorioso reencuentro. Saber hacer marcha atrás y recuperar los mejores brotes del inicio, cuando los gestos desbordaban las palabras, y las miradas el análisis.

Receta: Xorizo Vegan

Ingredientes:

· 1 tazón de caldo de verduras (yo lo hago con: caldo en pastilla + 1 cabeza de ajos partida por la mitad + 2 trocitos de jengibre + 1 chorrito de salsa de soja + sal)

· 1 tazón de harina de gluten

· 3 o 4 cucharadas soperas de pulpa de tomate concentrado (foto)

· pimentón ahumado (yo soy bastante generoso con esto, igual le puse unas 7 cucharadas tranquilamente)

· pimentón picante (eso a tu gusto, según te guste el picante)

· Ajo en polvo (1 cucharada)

· Sal

· Aceite oliva

Preparación:

Se mezlca bien el tomate con la taza de caldo y se deja enfriar para no quemarse las manos luego al mezclar con el gluten.



Se tamiza el gluten, el pimentón y el ajo en un bol.

Se añade la sal.




Una vez tamizado todo procedemos a mezclar el caldo con el gluten y amasamos bién




Una vez tengamos la masa ya de un color uniforme y de textura igual por todos lados hacemos un "churro" con la forma que tendría un embutido de animal muerto. Lo colocamos sobre un trozo de papel de plata previamente untado con un poco de aceite.


Envolvemos el chorizo con el papel y lo metemos en el horno a unos 180/200 grados por arriba y por abajo. Si vuestro horno solo tiene calor por un lado o por el otro con darle la vuelta cada 10 minutos bastará.

Tiene que hornearse unos 40 minutos.


Listo!!! ya tienes tu chirizo vegano para acompañar tus pizzas, bocadillos y tapas. Se puede comer frío, se puede saltear, se puede freir.... ahi es donde tu le pones el límite :)

John Stevenson, director de ‘Kung Fu Panda’, ha sido elegido para realizar la nueva adaptación de los ‘Masters del Universo’ que prepara el productor Joe Silver y que, finalmente, sí que contará con el apoyo de la Warner, pese a que en principio el estudio había descartado la película.

En un anuncio oficial, todos los implicados han confirmado su participación en el film, que se ha convertido en una prioridad para Mattel, la empresa fabricante de los juguetes de He-Man y compañía. Después del éxito de ‘Transformers‘ y de la buena marcha de la segunda parte del film, los Masters del Universo eran el siguiente juguete ochentero que tocaba llevar de nuevo a la gran pantalla.
